Sauce is an AI accountability coaching service operated by Daniel Saucedo. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Sauce.

Information We Collect

We collect your mobile phone number only when you voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages from Sauce. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal information unless you provide it directly to us.

How We Use Your Information

We use your phone number solely to send Sauce AI accountability check-ins, reminders, motivational coaching, and related SMS messages that you have opted in to receive. We do not use your phone number for any other purpose.

SMS Consent and No Third-Party Sharing

SMS consent and your phone number are never sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used exclusively to deliver the Sauce SMS service you signed up for.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Sauce. Upon opt-out, your number will be removed from our active messaging list and you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Sauce after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
