You text Sauce. Sauce texts back. It's that simple. Tell Sauce your goal and it'll check in on you, push back on your excuses, and help you stay on track — all over SMS. No app to download. No dashboard to log into. Just your phone.
Who built this?
Sauce is built and operated by Daniel Saucedo. The idea is simple: most people don't need another productivity app. They need someone in their corner who actually holds them accountable. Sauce is that — available 24/7, over text.
The SMS service
When you opt in, Sauce will send you recurring automated SMS messages including accountability check-ins, goal reminders, motivational coaching, and progress follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for support.
